from my notebook

Hello, Happy Monday!

I thought that today I would keep it short and sweet and share a page out of my notebook with you. I used to be on an Academic Decathlon team, and spent all of my free time studying and taking tests. (It was fun, I swear.)

Lately, I have just been feeling not passionate at all about my studies. I have sort of a dud of a semester right now. I have lots of work, but the classes don't inspire me to want to do that work. I just am waiting for summer when I am going to take a class I am really excited about. I wish I either had classes I was more into, or no classes so I could spend all my time sewing, haha.

Also, in completely unrelated news, my sister Alisa and brother-in-law Aaron have a wonderful sweet cat name Sol, who they rescued. He is the most personable, funny, photogenic cat I have ever met. This weekend he had to get a couple of his (already few) teeth removed. Now, he only has two fangs and one molar. He is aparently recovering quite well, but I thought I would share with you a couple of my favorite pictures of him, since I know you want to see.
